PrimeTest 300 / 350 Course

The PrimeTest 300 / PrimeTest 350 course will cover the following:

An introduction to PAT testing

A brief look at the requirements of why electrical safety testing is required.

Identifying the appliance

The course will teach the attendee to be able to identify appliances by type and which tests to apply

The commonly used tests

The course will run through the tests most commonly required to undertake PAT testing, from the Visual Inspection through to Polarity test and everything in between.

Understanding and setting up the PrimeTest 300

A look at the features of the PrimeTest 300 and how to access and use them followed by guidance on how to configure the tester to meet requirement.

Using the PrimeTest 300

Manual and automatic testing is demonstrated and is then followed by a practical session under supervision.

Managing test results

Whether it’s a label or download into a mainframe system, the course will sho the attendee how the test results are stored in the tester and can be managed.
The courses are run throughout the year and are held at our Peterlee site in the North East a 1 day course. The price of the course is £265 + VAT and includes course cost, training notes, lunch and tea and coffee.
