Advanced PATSolutions using the Supernova Plus and Europa Plus
The Supernova Plus and Europa Plus training course will show the attendee how to ‘get the most’ out of Seaward’s best selling PAT testers. From choosing the right test, data management and through to efficient re-testing, this course will teach the attendee best practice in PAT testing. The course will cover the following:
An introduction to PAT testing – A brief look at the requirements of why electrical safety testing is required.
Identifying the appliance – The course will teach the attendee to be able to identify appliances by type and which tests to apply
The commonly used tests – The course will run through the tests most commonly required to undertake PAT testing, from the Visual Inspection through to Polarity test and everything in between.
Understanding and setting up the Supernova Plus and Europa Plus – An overview of controls, setting up the tester and a look at the menus and features of the tester.
Using the Supernova Plus and Europa Plus - Manual and automatic testing is demonstrated and is then followed by a practical session under supervision.
Managing test results – Whether it’s a label or download into a mainframe system, the course will show the attendee how the test results are stored in the tester and can be managed.
This course is available for a single delegate at one of our training venues or as a course run on a site of your choosing for up to 8 delegates.
