Customers who own a K3100PC test n tag printer are now eligible for a free upgrade to the K3110 model.

Kroy are now inviting customers to apply for a loan K3110 printer whilst their original units are away being upgraded. The loan printers will be available from Kroy on a first come first served basis. 

The upgrade which will be carried out at Kroy in Reading, consists of a new drive roller assembly and firmware installation. This, coupled with the release of a new label supply tape dramatically improves the print quality and printer performance.

Once the upgrade has been carried out the printer will be relabelled and designated a K3110PC printer – Once the upgraded unit is received by the customer the loan printer must be returned to Kroy.

Please send your K3100PC directly to Kroy using the pre-paid address label provided.

Please note: this upgrade is only available on the K3100 model, earlier models are not covered.
