There is a possibility that this could affect the safety of the product and therefore we are asking customers who have products with the following serial numbers to stop using the product and contact our customer service department on 0191 5878737 / 5878739 or

Please note that this information relates only to Europa instruments with serial numbers betweeen those mentioned above and no other instruments are affected.
