Directions
From the North
Go through the Tyne Tunnel and follow signs for A19 Teesside. Turn off the A19 at the first slip road signposted towards Peterlee, before the fly over. At roundabout turn right towards South West Industrial Estate. At the next roundabout (near to Barclays Bank on the right) turn left. Continue straight along this road and take the third turning on your right onto Bracken Hill. Seaward is located towards the top of the road and the entrance to our car park is about 50 metres before you reach the factory.
From the South
M1, A1, take the slip road off the A1 signposted towards A19 Teesside. Pass through Middlesbrough and Peterlee is about 15 miles north of this point. Turn off the A19 at the first slip road signposted towards Peterlee. At the roundabout turn left following signs to South West Industrial Estate. At the next roundabout (near to Barclays Bank on the right) turn left. Continue straight along this road and take the third turning on your right onto Bracken Hill. Seaward is located towards the top of the road and the entrance to our car park is about 50 metres before you reach the factory.
