A. All of these testers will send test results to a printer:

The printer must have an RS232 serial port. Parallel-to-Serial Adapters can be used with parallel interfaces.
The cable to connect the Tester to the printer (Seaward Part No. 194A906) must be configured as below:

The printer should have the dip switches set to:
Start bit 1
Data bits 8
Stop bits 2
Baud rate 1200
Data code 8 bit ASCII
DSR -ve
Mark -ve
Once these pre-requirements are met then the download can commence. With the tester at the start of its programme sequence, the display should read 'Press # for new test'. If this is not displayed, then by pressing ABORT the tester will be reset to the beginning of the programme sequence.
Press the SEND DATA key.

Input the appliance number you wish to commence sending the test results from.

Press YES if it is.
If yes was selected then providing the above criteria is met and the printer is on-line, the test results will be printed.
