Q. My PATGuard 2 Serial Number is not being accepted ?

What do I do when my PATGuard 2 Serial Number is not being accepted?

First check you are entering the Serial Number exactly as it is shown.  Ensure you have the letters correct e.g. you have not entered a number 1 instead of a lower case letter L.  These Serial Numbers are case sensitive so ensure you have the case of each letter correct too.

If you are still having problems please contact our Technical Support Team via email support@seaward.co.uk  Please ensure you include your Serial Number and program type (e.g. PATGuard Elite Update program or PATGuard Pro Additional PC Licence) to enable them to resolve your issue quickly.
