The Admin user built into PATGuard programs has a blank password by default. We recommend changing this to increase security of the database(s) however you may subsequently lose this password. Don't worry this can be resolved.
Please contact Seaward's Technical Support Helpline on +44 (0) 191 587 8718 who can supply a temporary password for the Admin user that is valid for 1 day only. To ensure the correct password is given you will need to supply your Serial Number and Unlock Code along with the program name and version number. Once you obtain the password:
