There are various types of certificates in PowerGuard Pro i.e. NICEIC, BS7671 etc. The certificate type selected will effect the way the certificate is printed. The type can be changed as necessary.
PC Certificates
When a certificate is selected a type must be chosen. They type of a saved or open certificate can be changed as necessary.
With the relevant certificate open select File then Save As... this will re-open the certificate type selection window. The current active selection will show the current certificate type simply change it as necessary and select OK.
PDA Certificates
Certificates on the PDA are not stored as any particular type on the PDA. The type is only defined when they are transferred to the PC for storage and printing. PowerGuard Pro's synchronise certificates window contains a drop down menu on the lower left-hand side allowing you to select the certificate type upon transfer of certificates. The drop down will default to your default certificate type.
To change the default certificate type select Tools then Wizard. Cycle through the pages until you reach Certificate Types. Amend as necessary and continue through the Wizard until complete.
To change an individual certificate type after tranfer simply repeat the simple instructions above for PC certificates.
