Unable to upload config data Primetest Elite

Postby jundee » Tue Apr 26, 2016 1:00 am

Hi guys,
having an issue with our 2 new primetest elite testers.
Followed the steps in the manual for uploading config data to the testers.
Running the latest software version, also it is a network install so i'm unsure if that could be the reason we are missing features.

we have imported our old database from the previous machine/software. patguard 3 updates it to be compatible.
We can upload all of the assets using the upload button under the data transfer tab in patguard 3. but right clicking on any of the sites or locations does not give us the option of uploading config data as per the manual.

what step am i missing here?

Cheers
Alex

There's a new feature on the PTE where a list of Site and Location names can be loaded from a text file. Have a look at the latest PTE firmware update.

Just a point, the application note refers to a trial data file that can be downloaded, but link at foot of ap note just has linklinklink and not a URL
