K3100-PC label problems

Postby Agro » Tue May 20, 2014 11:06 am

The print on the label is slightly off the edge. How can I correct this? Please see photo.

As questioned before, is there a way to have the label cut to the size of the printing? I do not want to put a logo on the label as it is then too large for small items, also to save on cost and the time required to trim the label to size.

Hi Argo

I have just answered you in another thread with the below.

This area of the label is reserved for you to add a company logo. Unfortunately the printer does not distinguish if there is a logo there or not and prints the label in this place anyway.
With our new printer ranges we have introduced smaller label types and we will continue to look for more economic labelling solutions.
Thanks and kind regards
