Since the release of PATGuard 3, Software Support for PATGuard legacy software has changed.
Software Support includes:
Downloading of Seaward Testers
Uploading of Seaward Testers
Bluetooth partnerships involving Seaward Testers
PATGuard Licensing
Retrieval of software or serial number
Seaward no longer support legacy versions of PATGuard, these include:
PATGuard Plus (5.2 or less)
PATGuard Elite (1.1 or less)
PATGuard Pro (1.1 or less)
PATGuard Lite (1.1 or less)
PATGuard Elite SQL (1.1 or less)
PATManager
PATSLite
Time Manager
All versions of PATGuard 2.4.
Seaward will only support PATGuard 2 versions with a valid support contract:
PATGuard Elite (2)
PATGuard Pro (2)
PATGuard Lite (2)
PATGuard Elite SQL (2)
