Supernova freezing

I use a Supernova for our routine PAT testing, I inherited it about 9 months ago from the guy who used to dothe job. We have around 2500 items dotted around the factory and i take the supernova around the different areas on a trolley.

Recently when i switch the tester on it has started freezing where none of the buttons work. i remedy this by using the old fashioned on off method. It was last serviced/calibrated in Nov 2012 and will be due in Nov this year. Has anyone got any advice or experienced this problem before?

To be honest it unfortunately sounds like your tester will need to come back for repair. If you can wait until you get it calibrated you might save on shipping costs but I would advise you send it back ASAP to get it checked out.
