Europa plus firmware update

Postby zippyworld » Wed May 29, 2013 7:27 am

Has anyone had difficulties in downloading the firmware update from this site ?

It appears to give me notepad text but nothing else downloads.

Is it necessary to download the utility EXE program too ? Although this appeared to make little difference.

Thankyou for reading me

You will need to download the utility or you will be unable to load the firmware. We are aware of issues downloading the firmware from our website and we hope it will be fixed this week. Please email and you will be sent the firmware you require.
Thanks and kind regards

I have a Europa Plus running firmware V28t and have some questions regarding the latest firmware update:
1/ The current version seems to be V28n which would by all normal naming conventions seem to be older than 28t.
2/ The firmware update is a TXT file, I would have expected a BIN or DAT file.
3/ I would have expected a change log in the archive along with the firmware update; there is a notes symbol alongside the update on the downloads page but this is not clickable.
4/ When the firmware update utility is downloaded the file is of 0k in size and will not run.
5/ Has the ability to carry out multiple polarity tests from the default sequence been added in this (up)date?
