Every time when we try to upload a file from the tester to the laptop we get the following error. It worked a few times on a newly formatted laptop but then re appeared. Can anyone help. Error message is:
You are attempting to download the tester using the wrong format please select the SSS download format on the tester and try again.
All the comm ports and cables are ok as it worked initially.
Had the sales manager from Seaward out also in the past year or so and he could not fix either.
Any help appreciated
