Hoping someone here can help me.
I have a PrimeTest3000 and i am trying to download some test data to my pc. The PAT and the PC are pairing and the they seem to connect. When i press send on the pat i get a message "Time Out Error-Download Abandoned" This hasn't happened to me before... Can anyone please suggest what might have gone wrong?

Hi Teady

This issue is usually caused by one of the settings being incorrect in the download options menu. Typically the Baud Rate will be set incorrectly or the wrong tester will be selected. It could even be that the wrong com port is selected for the download.

Check the device manager for the correct com port, ensure the right tester is selected from the drop down menu and then ensure that the baud rate matches on tester and PC (usually 57600).

This should sort these issues out.
