I’ve been trying to register my PAT tester online but the program does not accept my serial number.I've tried to contact tech support but had no response. Is there a way around this? or a way of issuing a new one?

Im using Seaward PATGuard 2 with a Primetest 300.

Regarding serial number formats:

For the PT300 the serial number should be found in the battery compartment and be in the following format xxx-xxxx

For the PATGuard 2 the serial number is found in the inside lid of the software box and is 6 blocks of 5 digits, for example:
