Powerplus 1557 and pc software printing issue

have just transferred a certificate from 1557 to powerplus pc gone through the form and validated it gone to tab headed preview and print and selected it

it gives option to print bs7671 form or circuit list, selecting either option asks if reference is right clicked ok

then says preveiw not available click ok so i have then screen goes blank and software freezes - support suggested re-installing have done so no difference any ideas

Could you give tech support a ring please hughlegh we will need to go through a few things with you to find out the problem 0191 587 8718

did you ever get this sorted! ,how are you finding the software now you have had it a while.

no still having issues, that said the tester and software are very good just have to issue manual certs.

ill hold back then. how has the tech support been! have they phoned you or have you had to phone.

Hi Guys

Just want to reiterate the previous question. How do you feel the Tech Support was on this occasion? Did you feel that the problem was investigated fully?

I know its a little later on now, I hope that you can cast your mind back though.
