Changing The Date of Tests in Patguard

Postby remedy234 » Fri Feb 09, 2018 6:55 pm

For some reason one of our Apollo testers reset its date and time to 01/01/2000 without us knowing so now we've downloaded the results into Patguard3 they are all showing as tested on that date.
Is there a way of manually changing the date in the software. I've searched but cant see it.

I can't answer you main question, but might be able to explain why the date reset.

Pound to a pinch, the clock battery has died, Normally a button cell inside.

Like with most Seaward machines, it is a take it to bits replacement - bang goes your calibration. I had this with my Europa a few years ago. I had to set the clock daily, but for a while it then retained the date for the rest of the day.
