seaward supernov earth bond test

Postby contender1 » Fri Nov 06, 2015 11:04 am

when carrying out the earth bond test and trying to achieve the < 0.1 ohms does the tester automatically compensate for the resistance of the mains lead or do you need to add this on separate

I have a few devices that are right on the limit 0.1 ohms exactly and thinking if i could make a slight adjustment for the mains lead it would pass.

i'm new to the forum thanks in advance advance for any help

No machine can tell how long the cable is - or how thick. You need to allow for cable length.

My Europa needs to fail the first attempt at the cable, then you can change the cable length.diameter to pass the item.
