PATGuard Lists

Postby HBS » Fri Aug 14, 2015 10:23 am

Is there a way on PATGuard 2, to create a list of Items thats have shown that they have missed the inspection date. These items show up red on our database but there are a number of items in numerous sub folders and I wish to drag out only the items that are out of date. This is so I can produce a report to the relevant depot to say what items are missing.

Hey HBS,
Im assuming that the UK and the Aus version of PG3 have some similar reports.
Have a play with the Concise Task List.. plug in the date prior to the due retest date and use todays date (or a date in the future). It will show anything that hasnt yet been tested.
i use this one quite a bit when planning work around schools.
