PrimeTest Elite PRINT SPEED vs Apollo 600

Postby Phil Hoppe » Mon Jun 01, 2015 12:50 pm

The print speed (spooling) on the Prime Test Elite takes approx 13 seconds for each tag and then the Protag printer starts to print.

What makes it worse is that you cant start another test until the print is complete.

How does this compare with the Apollo 600 setup? Different printer
Its becoming very frustrating.
Any feedback appreciated.

just done a quick test on my Apollo 600 and TnT Elite and there's not much difference in time to your set up. I measured from pushing the print button on the tester to being able to get to the start screen for the next test at around 11 seconds.
Hope that helps.

Thanks Ford Prefect..
Different printer, similar overall print speed. it sounds like the printer is not the issue
