Europa Firmware update

Postby grantsonuk » Mon Mar 09, 2015 12:12 pm

Hi Guys

The other week I pulled my Europa+ out of the Cupboard for the first time in a couple of years.

Played around with the menus & downloaded the last sets of results to re-familiarise myself with the workings and thought I should update the firmware.

After the update the tester came up saying there was no valid config and asking for a password.
I contacted support who suggested re-flashing which I had already tried.

I found the old copy of v28t form 2010 which was the last update and have rolled back to this which is allowing the tester to boot

I'm wondering if anyone can give me any advice on how to update the firmware to the current version without having to send the tester back for calibration sadly at nearly 3 the price of my local calibrations guy sending the tester back to seaward is beyond my budget at the moment
