Test n tag pro printer issue

I've been having trouble with my TnT pro printer. Towards the end of the first roll of labels, it started skipping 2.5 labels and then printing the next label there and then skipping another 2.5 labels. It doesn't always do this and I haven't changed any settings. I thought it was just because it was getting near the end of the roll but it did it again yesterday, twice within 5 tests!

Anyone else had this? How do I stop it doing it?

Hi Jen

The first thing to check is that you have the correct labels and they have been supplied by Seaward or an approved distributor.
I would then check that there is nothing obstructing the sensor on the printer that 'sees' the black mark between the labels.
