PATGuard 2.1 Reports stopped working

Overnight, all the default reports in PATGuard 2.1 have stopped working. Requesting any results in the error message: ''Error while printing (-22)''

Can anyone suggest a solution?

Hi safe + sound

This could be caused by the user not having a default printer set up on their PC. You need to set up a printer in the Control Panel – if you have an IT department they could do this for you.

Note, you do not need to have the printer connected to the pc, but the programme requires a have a default printer on the system.

Please let us know if this fixes your error.
