Apollo 600 problem

I have recently bought an Apollo 600. It keeps crashing and wiping off all of the records i have. Has anyone else had these problems?

I can switch it on, do a days work then the next time i switch it on i get a message saying " all settings lost system can't recover"

If i select ok which is the only option all of my tests are wiped off the Apollo.

Any advice would be greatly received. I have contacted the vendor who are going to contact Seaward.

Your vendor contacted us this morning and we have advised them what to do in this situation. Therefore, can we please ask you to contact them?

Great thanks for the help. The vendor was passing by so he popped in to lend a hand this morning. He tried a factory reset which didn't work. He has taken it with him and will be getting back to me soon.
