Hi Can I ask what procedure you use for transformer plugs for phones/internet router ie is it a visual only

Also with regards to sky/virgin set top boxes again what procedure is used as this equipment is owned by sky/virgin

Hi

Transformer plugs for phones are normally (in my experience) class II SELV, so if office based visual should be just fine.

:roll: not entirely sure what you’re asking, the item should be marked with double square if its Class II and should be tested accordingly to its use by (office/public etc)..... if its owned by sky/virgin on your customers premises and they have use of it, it is the business's (your customer) responsibility to make sure it is safe and should be included in your tests.
