prime test 350

new forum user here

Im having difficulty connecting my tester with my laptop and printer... i have gone through all the manuals and there doesnt seem to be a trouble shooting guide.

ive connected via the usb to rs232 adapter it comes up as recognized yet every time i try to send data it says time out error can anyone please advise me?

also i have tried to connect via bluetooth but it just says waiting to connect even though the pc recognises the device

Problem solved at last..

The next problem...I have a problem with my test and tag. When i press "Print report" it prints fine, when i press " Print label it comes out blank"

Can anyone please advise.

Hi Carl

Common problem is that the PASS logo and/or FAIL logo is incorrectly set to PASS.PCX and/or FAIL.PCX.

The logo settings can be changed as follows:

Menu (F4) - View Saved Data
Highlight any stored result and press Select (F4)
Options (F4) and select Print Label then OK (F4)
In the print screen (Test 'n' Tag shown at the top of the display and label to be printed shown on screen) press the Setup (F3) key.

Navigate to the Pass Logo field and change the setting to No
Navigate to the Fail Logo field and change the setting to No
