Problem with PatGuard Lite 2 software

Trid to send a private message but dont seem ablt to do so

Last year we purchased a Europa PAC plus from Seaward along with a licensed copy of Patguard Lite 2 (license is about to expire it tells me). I work in a computer lab I have installed the software on both Windows XP and Windows 7 both as local administrators. The installation apparantly works ok, however when I start the program and I try to get information off the tester I get the message "Site name required". On checking the help file it says look under Tools and options. When I click on tools the menu only displays 3 items user accounts / download / process file.

I really need some help to get this working as it is driving me mad. Look forward to hearing from you.

I realise this post is a couple of weeks old now but if your still having problems call our Tech Support line they will give you some instructions.
