I am trying to amend existing reports so they will output the information we require but I need quite a few columns but cannot fit them in, is there a way to turn the paper to landscape?

Have you tried right click the report you want, make a copy you will have to give the copy a name, click edit then you can turn the page to landscape and alter the columns dont know if this will work with existing data.VERY VERY IMPORTANT MAKE A COPY OF REPORT DO NOT WORK ON AN ORIGINAL UNTILL YOU HAVE EVERY THING WORKED OUT

Yes I have copies and original and edited it but I cannot see where you turn the page to landscape. I keep getting an error telling me the page is not wide enough hence why I want to turn it landscape.

Go into edit-project-page setup-printers selection-select which option you want-click select, this brings up the printer options then select landscape, then you have to play about with the columns

Please go to where the program resides, Normally C drive, Program files, seaward, then go into reports, find the report you want to landscape and apply the changes I have marked in red for you and marked with swap this next to them.
This will change your reports to landscape.
