bluetooth not working

Hi team,

Bluetooth box on top right corner of PT300 has an X in and not the usual Bluetooth sign or timer?

How can I fix this? As now its not connecting to anything so cannot download data to relivent people, any help would be greatly welcome!

Hi,
If there is an X in the top right hand corner then the Bluetooth in the Prime test isn’t working, Seaward would need to look at your Prime test, please contact the service department on 0191 587 8739 they will be able to give you a price and how long this will take to repair.
