We're using PATguard Elite 2 and getting an alert we need assistance trouble shooting in the software. The software is installed on WXP SP3 machine. We run a report called "Concise Latest Test Results" and the results are returned correctly. We close the results and run the report again and the following Alert pops up.
As the alert indicates, if you select YES, the application closes. If you select NO you're given another alert:
At this point, it doesn't matter which button you select the app doesn't close it just freezes on the screen.
