Hi for some reason when we now save any report on patguard3 we get two files, a .pdf and a.log. How do we stop the .log file automatically saving ?

If you don't already have a PDF printer program installed, find and install one CutePDF etc, then try printing your reports using that- this will have the bonus of reducing the size of your PDF's. The one built into PG3 is bloatware

So you have prepared a report for a client's testing, are you trying to save a copy of that report, or trying to save a PDF copy of the report?

If you select Save As, PG3 gives you the choice of a preview file (*.ll), PDF, TIFF , ANSI, etc etc- if you save as here, is that when the log file is being generated?

I never save reports, just print them straight to PDF's and save that in a client folder away from PG3

Wonder if this is being generated by your third party PDF printware Primo? maybe try a different one and see if the same thing happens, but sounds like it's not related to PG3 as such- what happens if you print a PDF of a Word doc, or something from another program?
