SSS Download Format error message

Hello,

I use PAT300/Patguard
When transferring data from the tester to patguard I go through the usual steps identifying the site, and having the PAT300 ready to download to PC, however, I get the the following error messages:

"The system cannot find the file specified"
--and then:
"X You are attempting to download the tester using the wrong format.
Please select the SSS download format on the tester and try again"

I have had this happen several times, and usually a reboot fixes this error. However, have tried several times this time and am still unable to proceed. The PAT tester shows SSS format and all else seems fine. This happened awhile back and someone was able to reconfigure the tester, but they are not conveniently located for us to have them help out on this. What can I do to fix? Thanks,
