Transfering PG3 From One Laptop To Another

Notebook that I originally installed my copy of PG3 Elite on is dieing, brought another one. Have done deactivation/transfer process on first one, then installed on 2nd machine, and activated ok . Copied the report folder from 1st install across to 2nd (have customised reports/logo etc)- all seemed to work fine, opened and closed program a couple of times.

Went to use today (following day) and it won't let me in- 1st machine won't let me in unless I reactivate (then it does), have tried deactivate a couple of times and no dice on getting into the second install- any suggestions?
