Iíve lost my PATGuard Serial Number and/or Unlock Code. What do I do?


If you have registered your PATGuard 2 serial number with us by returning the warranty card or by registering on our website we will be able to retrieve this and return it to you. Please contact us with your company details.

If you have not registered your serial number with us you will be required to purchase a new license. PATGuard 3 is our current software and you can open up your PATGuard 2 database in PATGuard 3 so not data will be lost.
